Programs & services

Over 74% of individuals in Centre’s residential units successfully complete their programming. These individuals receive one-on-one case management, supportive employment services, chemical dependency & mental health treatment, and additional supportive services to assist in accomplishing their goal fo social reintegration. We follow evidence-based practices and deliver comprehensive support to reduce recidivism rates and create safer communities for everyone.

While transitional housing & case management are central to our mission, we provide an extensive and interconnected array of services to support successful reintegration. We provide many services directly through Centre and work with collaborative community partnerships to offer additional resources.
